TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with management, staff, city and state officials, local agencies and the general public. Requires the use of general office equipment such as computer, copier, fax machine and telephone. Requires the ability to operate an automobile to attend meetings and various work sites. Requires the ability to read, interpret and apply federal regulations.

TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is performed in an office environment. Work involves contact with staff and the public.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  Bachelor’s degree and seven (7) years’ professional experience in project management and the telecommunications/fiber optic industry with five (5) of the seven (7) years in a supervisory capacity; or any combination of experience and training, which enables one to perform the essential job functions. Project Manager Certification preferred.
