Building Design Construction Manager
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and eight (8) years of progressively more responsible experience in the field of Civil Engineering, and/or Architecture, with at least four (4) of the eight (8) years in a supervisory /administrative capacity; or any combination of experience and training which enables one to perform the essential job functions. Requires a license to practice engineering or architecture in the State of Tennessee or a state that has reciprocity with Tennessee, or must obtain license within six (6) months as a condition of continued employment. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license as a condition of continued employment.
The City Charter requires that City Employees must establish residence within Shelby County within six (6) months from date of Employment. Proof of residence will be required at the time of hire.
