Building Maintenance_City Hall Foreman
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate Degree or two (2) years college coursework in Building Maintenance, Engineering, or related field and seven (7) years’ experience in commercial/industrial and powerhouse equipment management which includes duties of building and equipment maintenance with three (3) of the seven (7) years’ experience in supervisory capacity; or any combination of experience and training which enables one to perform the essential job functions. First Class Steam and Refrigeration Operators License preferred. Must have a valid Tennessee driver's license. The City Charter requires that City Employees must establish residence within Shelby County withing six (6) months from the date of employment. Proof of residence will be required at the time of hire. The City Charter requires that City Employees, with the exception of "first responders", must establish residence within Shelby County within six (6) months from their date of employment.
