TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Majority of work is performed in an office environment. Requires the ability to operate personal computer and related software. Must have the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with staff, outside attorneys, and with the public regarding claims.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is performed in an office environment and involves contact with staff, other City departments, and the public.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Office Administration with emphasis in Legal Office management and five (5) years experience in liability claims processing with three (3) of the five (5) years in a supervisory or lead capacity; or any combination of experience and training which enables one to perform the essential job functions.
