Craft Property Maintenance Supervisor (HVAC): Registry
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school graduate or equivalent and seven (7) years of experience in construction work with four (4) years of the seven (7) years in a supervisory capacity; or any combination of experience and training which enables one to perform the essential job functions. Must have a valid driver license.
The City Charter requires that City Employees must establish residence within Shelby County within six (6) months from date of Employment. Proof of residence will be required at the time of hire.
