MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Science, Criminal Justice or a related field and two (2) to three (3) years’ experience in crime scene investigation or equivalent work experience. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license as condition of continued employment. Must pass Crime Scene School and practical examination on latent print skills within six (6) months of employment as a condition of continued employment. Forensic or CSI Certification is preferred. All candidates must successfully pass a criminal justice employment background check to work within the Police Services Division.
