Engineering Project Manager
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Regularly required to use engineering instruments and personal computer. Must communicate on a regular basis with contractors and consultants. Must make regular physical inspections of construction sites which involve traversing over construction materials and climbing ladders to inspect roofs.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Majority of work is performed indoors in an office environment. Travels frequently to various facilities to conduct site visits and to attend meetings. May be exposed to various work environments during on-site visits.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, or related field and seven (7) years of progressively more responsible experience which is primarily involved in project management; or any combination of experience and training which enables one to perform the essential job functions. License to practice Engineering or Architecture in the State of Tennessee or demonstrated ability to obtain within six (6) months preferred. Must possess and maintain a valid driver license as a condition of continued employment.
