Environmental Engineering Designer A
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Environmental Engineering Designer / A: Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering or related Engineering Degree and possession of and Engineer In Training Certificate (EIT). Must possess a valid driver's license. (PROOF OF DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED) Environmental Engineering Designer / AA: Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering or related engineering degree and two (2) years of environmental engineering experience and possession of an Engineer In Training Certificate (EIT); or any combination of experience and training which enables one to perform the essential job functions. Must possess a valid driver' license. (PROOF OF DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED Environmental Engineer: Bachelors of Science degree in Environmental Engineering or related engineer degree and four (4) years experience in environmental engineering and at least two (2) of those years in a supervisory/lead capacity; or any combination of experience and training which enables one to perform the essential job functions. License to practice engineering in the State of Tennessee or a state that has reciprocity with Tennessee required. Must possess a valid driver's license. (PROOF OF DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED)
The City Charter requires that City Employees must establish residence within Shelby County within six (6) months from date of Employment. Proof of residence will be required at the time of hire. The City
