MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field and five (5) year’s professional experience in accounting or budgeting with three (3) of the five (5) years in a supervisory capacity; or any combination of experience and training which enables one to perform the essential job functions. Working experience in Microsoft Excel formulas with analytical and data gathering skills. Working knowledge of Oracle System and Microsoft applications preferred.
