HR Business Partner Manager
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resource Management or a related field, with seven (7) years of professional experience with five (5) of the seven (7) years in a supervisory capacity in Human Resource Management with or any combination of experience and education which enables one to perform the essential job functions. Working experience in training facilitation, report development and analysis preferred. HR Certification preferred. Working experience using Microsoft Office applications and Oracle are required. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license as a condition of continued employment.
