HR Solutions Analyst
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
1. Performs additional functions (essential and otherwise) which may be assigned.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to communicate, both verbally and in writing with staff, management, and other personnel. Requires the ability operate a computer, telephone, and other office equipment. Requires the ability to lift and carry objects, such as boxes of paperwork weighing up to fifteen (15) lbs.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Majority of the work is performed in an office environment or from home. May require working extended hours.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Computer Science, Business Administration or related field and four (4) years’ professional experience related to HRI, business process documentation, or project management support including issue resolution; or any combination of experience and training which enables one to perform the essential job functions. Direct HRIS experience may substitute for one additional year on required related experience. Specific experience with Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management Systems preferred and working knowledge of software application programs, including Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle applications preferred.
The City Charter requires that City Employees must establish residence within Shelby County within six (6) months from date of Employment. Proof of residence will be required at the time of hire.
