ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Works under the direction of assigned manger in evaluating business processes, gathering requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing solutions. Works on resolving application issues reported by users. Creates user guides and 
documentation for users when necessary. Performs a variety of professional, and analytical functions and creating dashboards and reports. Maintains updates on the latest IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Performs data backups and disaster recovery operations. Conducts meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Documents internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities. Creates test scripts and performing functional testing. Maintains and implements standard operating procedures. Prioritizes initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Monitors deliverables and ensures timely completion of projects.

OTHER FUNCTIONS:
1. Performs additional functions (essential or otherwise) which may be assigned.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to communicate clearly both verbally and inwriting. Requires the ability to operate general office equipment such as telephone, copier, and computer. May be required to move and lift computer equipment (weighing up to 40 lbs.).

TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is performed in an office environment which involves contact with the staff and management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field and five (5) years' professional experience; or any combination of experience and training which enables one to perform the essential job functions. Working experience and/or credentials 
in Enterprise software systems such as Human Capital Management Systems, Enterprise Financials, CRM/Customer Experience and Geographic Information Systems is preferred

Proof of residence will be required at the time of hire. As defined by Tennessee House Bill 105, "first responder means paid, full-time law enforcement officers, firefighters, and emergency medical personnel and dispatchers of law enforcement, fire and emergency medical service departments."
