MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school graduate or equivalent. Must possess a current valid Airframe and Power plant license issued in accordance with 14 CFR Parts 43 and 65 with five (5) years’ experience maintaining Bell 206B and Eurocopter AS350 helicopters; with two (2) of the five (5) years overhauling components on the Bell 206B; or any combination of experience or training which enables one to perform the essential job functions. Must possess or obtain an Inspection Authorization (IA) endorsement within six (6) months of hire and maintain as a condition of continued employment. Must furnish own aircraft hand tools. All candidates must successfully pass a criminal justice employment background check to work within the Police Services Division.
