Loss Control Analyst
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field and
six (6) years experience in safety, commercial underwriting, claims, risk management, crisis and/or hazard
mitigation or preparedness with four (4) of the six (6) years in a supervisory capacity; or any combination of
experience and training which enables one to perform the essential job functions. Must possess and maintain a
valid driver’s license as a condition of continued employment. Working knowledge of various software
applications including Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis in using Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Emergency Management and/or Risk Management and Insurance
preferred.

As defined by Tennessee House Bill 105, "first responder means paid, full-time law enforcement officers, firefighters, and emergency medical personnel and dispatchers of law enforcement, fire and emergency medical service departments."
