Maintenance Carpenter
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
1. Performs additional functions (essential or otherwise) which may be assigned.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires the use of equipment such as hand tools, saws, drills, rotary hammers, etc. Requires ability to lift equipment and tools (approximately 90 pounds). Drives trucks to and from various work sites throughout city.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is performed inside buildings exposed to dust and outside exposed to changing weather conditions and temperatures.
First Class Journeyman Carpenter and 4 years' experience, or any combination of experience or training which enables one to perform the essential job functions. Experience repairing overhead doors and locks preferred. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license as a condition of continued employment.
