OCP Project Manager
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in City & Regional Planning, Public Administration, Business, or a closely related field and four (4) years of professional management experience in real estate, economic development, community development, construction, and/or finance; or a Master' s degree in City & Regional Planning, Public Administration, Business, or a closely related field and two (2) years of experience. Experience managing projects related to planning, infrastructure improvements, or community redevelopment is strongly preferred.
The City Charter requires that City Employees must establish residence within Shelby County within six (6) months from date of Employment. Proof of residence will be required at the time of hire.
