Quality Assurance Manager
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or similar related clinical field and five (5) years of hospital quality improvement experience with demonstrated understanding of clinical quality or process improvement management in an acute care hospital. Must possess and maintain a current Tennessee nursing license as a condition of continued employment. Must possess and maintain a valid driver licenses as condition of continued employment. Must obtain and maintain an Emergency Communication Nurse (ECN) and ECN-Quality (ECN-Q) certifications within one year of hire as a condition of continued employment. Certifications as a Six Sigma Green, Lean, or Black Belt preferred. Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Nursing preferred.
The City Charter requires that City Employees must establish residence within Shelby County within six (6) months from date of Employment. Proof of residence will be required at the time of hire.
