Shelter Supervisor
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's degree in Business/Public Administration or a related field and five (5) years operations management and supervisory experience; or any combination of experience and training which enables one to perform the essential job functions. Two (2) additional years of related experience may be substituted for the degree. Must obtain and maintain a certification as a Certified Animal Euthanasia Technician within one year of employment, as a condition of continued employment. Specific experience in supervising a staff to be accountable for meeting productivity standards and timelines organizing and implementing efficient workflows, and independently addressing operational and personnel issues to ensure goals are met. Preferred experience as a supervisor or a senior animal care technician in an animal services environment preferred.
