MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration or related field and four (4) years experience in interpreting federal regulations governing HUD housing programs; or any combination of experience and training which enables one to perform the essential job functions. Basic knowledge of and experience with federal regulations regarding CDBG, HOME, Section 106, Section 504, ADA, Uniform Relocation Act and the Davis-Bacon Labor Standards Act preferred. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license as a condition of continued employment.
The City Charter requires that City Employees must establish residence within Shelby County within six (6) months from date of Employment. Proof of residence will be required at the time of hire.
