TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Primarily desk work. Requires the ability to operate general office equipment such as a personal computer. Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing. Requires the ability to read, interpret and apply federal, state and local regulations.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Majority of work is performed in an office environment. Requires travel to off-site visits. Work involves contact with staff and the public.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or Public Administration, or closely related field and five (5) years' experience in program administration or housing development; or any combination of experience or training which enables one to perform the essential job functions. Working knowledge of HUD regulations preferred. Working experience with Microsoft Office products required. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license as a condition of continued employment.
