TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Primarily desk work. Requires ability to operate general office equipment such as a personal computer, Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing. Requires the ability to read and interpret federal regulations.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is performed in an office environment which involves contact with the staff and public.
Bachelor's degree in City and Regional Planning, Public Administration, or closely related field and three (3) years' experience in community development programs and planning activities; or any combination of experience and training which enables one to perform the essential job functions. Working experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.
